PIZZA





INGREDIENTS(dough):

  • Flour 175g
  • Water 125ml
  • Pinch of salt
  • Olive oil tbsp
  • Dry yeast tsp
INGREDIENTS(topping):
  • Cup of tomato sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 slices of lemon
  • Fresh mozzarella ball
  • 2 cups baby arugula leaves
  • 100g of canned tuna

RECIPE

Mix dry ingredients(flour,salt,dry yeast). Put dry ingredients in food processor and gradually add water and olive oil while food processor is on.
Put mixture in flat surface dusted with flour. Then knead dough for 5 min,cover dough with olive oil.

Put it in warm place for 40 min(until it doubles in size).



Roll out the dough.



Rolled dough put on baking tray (spread some olive oil on baking tray). Fold ends, put toppings (tomato sauce, tuna, sliced mozzarella ball and sliced lemon)


Cover pizza with shredded mozzarella cheese and put it into the oven 180C. 




Let it stay there for 15-20min.




Take it out and put  baby arugula leaves on top.


Cut your delicious pizza and enjoy your meal!!!
