RATATOUILLE WITH FISH

INGREDIENTS

  • Eggplant  2 pieces 
  • zucchini 1-2 pieces
  • Tomatoes  4-5 pcs
  • hot red pepper  1/4-1/2 piece (depending on the desired visual dishes optionally, pepper you can not add) 
  • parsley  2-3 sprigs 
  • Garlic  1 clove
  • olive oil  3 tablespoons 
  • salt 
  • freshly ground pepper

FOR TOMATO SAUCE 

  • 4 tomatoes or 300 g peeled tomatoes in own juice 
  • onion  1 
  • bell pepper  1 
  • olive oil 1-2 tablespoons 
  • Sugar 1/2 teaspoon (or to taste) 
  • salt 
  • freshly ground pepper


RECIPE

Sauce: We cut the onion and fry, add the pureed tomatoes to the pan and cut into cubes pepper. Simmer until the sauce thickens slightly. 
Next, cut slices vegetables and add them one by one in the form, and then pour the sauce. 
Mix olive oil, salt and minced garlic, pour on top of vegetables. Sprinkle with herbs or Provencal herbs. 
Cover with foil form and send it in the oven. Bake temperature is typically 170 ° for about 1 hour.



FISH




INGREDIENTS


  • fish(to your taste)
  • salt
  • paper
  • red paper
  • trigonella

You can cook fish in your taste...I cook flounder.
Flounder fillets add salt, pepper, red pepper,trigonella and put fish in the oven (180 degrees) for 20 minutes.
