CAPRESE SALAD

Simple and fresh
It was made to resemble the colors of the Italian flag: red, white, and green.


INGREDIENTS:

  • fresh mozzarella 200g
  • tomatoes 175g
  • basil 
  • olive oil 1tbsp
  • balsamic vinegar 1tbsp
  • salt&pepper 
  • dried herbs 


RECIPE


Cut tomatoes into bite size pieces.


Add fresh mozzarella, salt, pepper and dried herbs.



Pour tablespoon of balsamic vinegar.



Add clean basil leaves. 



Pour tablespoon of olive oil.


ENJOY YOUR FRESH CAPRESE SALAD!!!
