INGREDIENTS
- cottage cheese 150-200g
- red pepper 70-100g
- scallions or green onions (to your taste)
- sour cream 1 tbs
- salt and pepper to taste
- bread 2 pieces
Chop red pepper and scallions into small pieces.
Add tablespoon of sour cream to cottage cheese.
Add red pepper and scallions.
Mix all ingredients. Serve with toasted bread.
