COTTAGE CHEESE

(light breakfast or snack)

INGREDIENTS

  • cottage cheese 150-200g
  • red pepper 70-100g
  • scallions or green onions (to your taste)
  • sour cream 1 tbs
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • bread 2 pieces
RECIPE
Chop red pepper and scallions into small pieces.



Add tablespoon of sour cream to cottage cheese.




Add red pepper and scallions.




Mix all ingredients. Serve with toasted bread.
