EGGPLANT WITH WALNUT

INGREDIENTS

  • eggplants 2 pieces
  • walnuts 1/2 of cup
  • onion 1 
  • garlic 1-2
  • parsley or cilantro 
  • 9% vinegar - 1/4 teaspoon
  • trigonella (khmeli suneli)
  • oil for frying 
  • salt 
  • pepper 
  • chilly 

RECIPE


Eggplant wash and cut long thin strips. 

Each strip salt, put them into a bowl and leave for 20-30 minutes. Then cook the eggplant in oil on both sides.





Eggplant put on a napkin to remove excess fat.

NUTS
Cut onion and cool in oil. Minced nuts. 
Minced garlic and greens. 
Mix nuts, onions, herbs and garlic. 

Add flavoring(salt,chili,pepper,trigonella)- put all the ingredients in a blender and blend smooth.




Fried eggplant strips smear nuts sauce and roll it.




Also you can cook rolls with other stuffing.
