CRUNCHY CHICKPEAS

IT'S TASTY AND HEALTHY SNACK



INGREDIENTS:
  • chickpeas
  • olive oil
  • salt&pepper
  • herbs and spices to taste


Mix herbs, spices, salt and pepper with olive oil. Soak chickpeas over night.




Boil chickpeas for about an hour (until soft). Preheat the oven to 175C.



Drain your chickpeas.



Add olive oil to chickpeas.



And mix well.



Pour chickpeas on baking tray



Bake for about an hour or until crunchy.



Let it cool. Now you have a healthy alternative to chips or other snack while watching your favorite movie or TV.
