Breakfast is an important part of the day, sometimes we skip it. Reasons why breakfast is missed include: lack of time, sleeping in late, long bus rides, lack of role modeling and not being hungry in the morning. This one will wake you up with it's brightness and nutritiousness in no time.
- bread
- avocado
- egg
- lemon juice
- scallions
- chili flakes
- salt & pepper
Toast the bread to your liking, slice avocado and place on top of your toast.
Squeeze the lemon juice on top of an avocado.
Sprinkle with salt, pepper and chili flakes.
Perfect Poached Eggs:
- Heat the water to a simmer.
- Carefully crack the egg into a water.
- Let it poach for 1 min.
- Turn off the heat, cover the pan and set your timer for 4 minutes.
- Remove the egg with a slotted spoon and serve immediately.
You will never skip breakfast again after you try this delightful breakfast .
